you have a patient with cervical or lumbar disc herniation or bulging,
disc degeneration and/or sciatica or upper extremity radiculopathy not responding to conservative
care (and reluctant to try surgery), now you have another tool
in your treatment program when you refer them to Spinal Decompression
Clinics of Minnesota.
- To
determine if your patient is a candidate, please review our selection
criteria list.
- When referring your patient, please fill out our patient referral form and FAX to our clinic.
- Your patient will always
remain your patient and will be returned to your expert follow-up
care at the conclusion of their DRX9000™ or DRX9000C™ Spinal Decompression
therapy.
